At the meeting, Xiaoman Technology COO Zhou Wei announced that starting from July, Xiaoman CRM products will be fully upgraded. The new products will introduce AI technology to help enterprise users realize all-round intelligence from customer acquisition to customer management, and completely bid farewell to the traditional CRM system experience. According to Zhou Wei, Xiaoman Technology will explore the possibility of more product upgrades through cross-border cooperation in the future.

To improve customer service capabilities, only product upgrades are not enough. Xiaoman Technology is still expanding its channels, and the Global Partner Program is an important part of it. In 2018, Xiaoman Technology implemented a reproducible and efficient management operation system from the recruitment, start-up to operation of its partners. In the same year, the monthly sales exceeded 30 million. During the Canton Fair in 2019, Xiaoman Technology launched the Global Partner Recruitment Program. Up to now, there have been nearly 160 partners working together to provide smart management services to 10,000+ companies worldwide.
